Don't dump that there!

Gotta love those 6am wake up calls!! Tackling a 10ft croc first thing in the morning is better than a number of espresso shots!

As the waste transfer station is surrounded by lagoon, once or twice a year we get a call about crocs that have become lost in the grounds of the station while trying to find their way to the next body of water, only to find their way impeded by the fence that surrounds the perimeter.

We named this 3 footed fellow “Stig of the dump”, and after a brief health inspection we escorted him back to the closest body of water.

Don’t forget to support your local waste transfer station by taking them all of your garbage and not dumping it by the side of the road or in the mangroves. Your planet will thank you 🌍🐊
